Performanya ditenagai prosesor lawas macam 1.3Ghz Quad Core Mediatek MT6737 dengan RAM 2GB dan memori internal 16GB, tersedia slot ekspansi kartu SD sampai 256GB.
Smartphone ini menjalankan Android 10 Go, itu artinya, semua aplikasinya juga berbasis Google Go.
Oukitel C19 dilengkapi tiga kamera belakang, yakni 13MP dengan Sony IMX214, lalu ditambah 2MP + 2MP yang masing-masing tidak dijelaskan fungsinya, entah ini memang kamera beneran atau cuma pajangan saja.
Lalu kamera depan ada 5-Megapixel. Sejauh ini tidak ada data tentang fitur keamanan biometrik, termasuk fitur Face ID.

Smartphone Oukitel C19 dijual dengan harga resmi $69 atau tidak sampai 1 juta Rupiah, tersedia dalam tiga pilihan warna yaitu Hitam, hijau dan gradien biru.
Bagi kami, harga ini masih agak mahal, jadi kurang berasa entry level, masih masuk kelas bawah, harusnya bisa ditekan sampai $59, setidaknya.
